You agree not to use the platform to harass, bully, or threaten other users, share offensive or illegal content in chat or game sessions, attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform, create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, or use automated bots or scripts to play games.
Paid subscriptions (Dark Pro, Party Elite) are billed monthly through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Virtual coins and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value.
Corporate accounts provide access for organizations and teams. The corporate admin is responsible for managing employee access. Corporate features include custom branding, tournament mode, and priority support.
Games, prompts, and content on GamersHub are created for entertainment purposes. Dark Mode games contain mature themes intended for adults. User-generated content (drawings, confessions, custom games) is the responsibility of the user.
All games, designs, and code on GamersHub are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
GamersHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform. This is general information, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
